Two Knitters Join Forces

This is what happens when two knitters work on a project together. DD knit most of Rosedale with some modifications. She decided to eliminate the zipper and/or buttons. She also asked me to knit the bands in sideways ribbing. The yarn is Noro Silk Garden. I especially love the corrugated ribbing on the collar, cuffs and bottom ribbing. And it fits her well!!

Kind of reminds me of EZ and her daughter tandem knitting together. Lovely sweater and cooperative effort.

Your DD's idea for the button band really adds a nice finish and I like the way it notches with the collar. Looks great, fits great!

This comment is from Gail F:
"Working on this sweater with Marissa will become one of your most treasured memories as you reflect on the conversation, laughter and time shared together. This, my friend, is the essence of life. The sweater itself will serve as a tangible symbol of this special time."

Oh, well done, both of you! :-)

Are you allowed to borrow it sometimes? I definitely think you should be. ;-)
