Promises, Promises

I finally got my act together and wrote up and posted two of my patterns. One is the Vine Lace Shrug I made for DD's wedding. The other is Optically Squared Headband that I first posted about here. Joining Ravelry has challenged me to put some free patterns on paper. Let me know if there are any problems with the patterns should you decide to knit one.

Thanks for sharing your patterns - they look so professional printed up. The wedding shrug (and your daughter's dress) were so lovely. I've always told my daughter I want to make her a wedding shawl, but she does not seem interested. The shrug may change her mind. Of course she is not even engaged or anything but it's never too early to plan!

What a beautiful shrug and gown. You would think they were a set.

BTW, I wanted you to know that your blog makes my day. So much in fact, that I awarded you a "Make my Day Award". I hope I have made yours. When you have a chance please stop by and check it out http://www.twocrazyknitchicks.blogspot.com/

Those sleeves are perfection. It doesn't hurt that they're on a pretty girl wearing a pretty gown. Lovely!

I am WAY behind in my blog reading but I am very glad that I caught this- what a beautiful shrug!!!!! I will have to remember this for all of my daughters who are (slowly, please!) approaching "that age".
