Back in the Saddle Again
Yes, this has special meaning for me. Christmas Day I mounted DD's horse after over 40 years of shying away from riding. Don't get excited.... I only rode for a minute. It was a first lesson and no photographic evidence!

This is Fake Fair Isle hat knit in some handspun autumn colored yarn and some Paton's Classic Merino in black.

It's great to see you knitting. I haven't done the fake Fair Isle but think it's a nice use of multicolored yarn. It's even better because it is your handspun. (color me jealous)
I give you credit - I have never gotten on a horse in my life. Despite my daughter and niece's love of riding it holds no interest for me.
I like that hat! I keep meaning to make one.
